    We're pleased to announce that the issue impacting logins has been successfully resolved as of 5th December 2025 at 09:10. The affected systems and services are now operational, functioning as expected. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    We've identified the root cause of the issue affecting the Prolific web app and API as of 08:48. Users may have experienced internal server errors when trying to access the app, due to the outage of a 3rd party provider, Cloudflare. Our team are actively monitoring the issue.
