    We're pleased to announce the third party outage is now resolved, this has now resolved the issue impacting access to our Help Centre articles for both participants and researchers has been successfully resolved as of 8th July 2025 at 09:08 UTC. The affected pages are now operational and functioning as expected. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    We're currently aware that both participants and researchers are unable to view our Help Centre articles. This is due to an ongoing third party issue, which was acknowledged on 8th July 2025 at 08:52 UTC.

    When attempting to access individual articles, users are being redirected back to the Help Centre homepage. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
