Cash out are now available to all accounts that weren't impacted by this incident if your account was or might have been affected we have taken extra precaution to keep you secure, you can expect an email from Prolific with more details soon. We appreciate your patience while we work on resolving this issue for our Prolific community.

Our team are still actively investigating the cyberattack as our highest priority. To ensure your funds remain secure, cash outs are currently paused, as a participant you will still be able to see your funds in your wallet but if you were to select 'cash out' you won't see the balance update and won't receive the funds.
