๐ฅ Assign Multiple Users to the Same Incident Role
By popular request, weโve shipped an update to allow you to assign multiple users to the same incident role!
As always, this setting is highly customizable so you can choose which roles allow for multiple users. For example, you may want to be able to have multiple data analysts indicated during an incident, but only allow for one incident commander.
You can configure this under Configuration > Incident Roles. When you add a new role or edit an existing one, youโll see an option to โAllow Multiple Users To Be Assigned This Roleโ. With this enabled, you can easily assign users to roles right in Slack.
