Yes. Rootly has a native Microsoft Teams integration. It creates a Teams channel for each incident and invites responders, posts incident updates, starts Teams meetings from an incident, and lets responders page, acknowledge, escalate, and resolve Rootly On-Call alerts from Teams. Incident response in Microsoft Teams is included in the Essentials plan.
Does Rootly integrate with Prometheus and Alertmanager?
Yes. The Prometheus Alertmanager integration ingests firing alerts into Rootly, resolves them automatically when Alertmanager sends a resolved notification, and pages Rootly On-Call targets directly from Alertmanager through webhook URLs or Prometheus rule annotations.
Does Rootly integrate with Grafana?
Yes, in two directions. With the Grafana integration, Grafana alert rules send alerts into Rootly, routed to services, teams, or escalation policies, and incident workflows capture Grafana dashboard and panel snapshots for the incident timeline.
